Creative Start – Not for Profit Company
Creatividad has a Not for Profit leg through the Not for Profit Company, Creative Start.
Creative Start aims to contribute to job-readiness for unemployed women and youth and assist self-starter entrepreneurs to enter into the economy. They engage with their target group through capacity building and training and with creative workshops assisting them to not only build their entrepreneurial skills but to open up creative ways to earn income from what they currently have.
The NPC Creative Start is the vehicle through which we decided to give back to communities.
Heidi Africa is managing the projects, one of which is a sewing project funded by HWSETA through Creatividad – refer to Projects on this website.
Please support Creatividad’s project to make masks. The 10 unemployed women from Grassy Park and Steenberg were trained by Heidi Africa as seamstresses. Creatividad is a registered Government supplier of 3-layer masks on the SMME database.
